  7. Add it to a pan with the sauteed onions, pepper and garlic, cook until the seeds are tender and let cool
  8. Put it in a bowl add the eggs
  9. Garlic salt
  10. Parsley
  11. Pepper
  12. And mozzarella
  13. Mix well
  14. Preheat the oven 375 degrees
  15. Spray a baking pan, put the zucchini halves, stuffed with the mixture
  16. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the zucchini is tender
