  1. Take 2 hard boiled eggs
  2. Prepare 250 g sausages

  3. Roll it in the beaten eggs and finally coat it in breadcrumbs to cover completely.

  5. Heat oil for deep frying until hot in medium heat.
  6. Cook the scotched eggs for 5 minutes until crispy brown.
  7. Then drain in a pepper towel. Then serve
