Get 1 cauliflower medium cut into small flowers
Make ready 1 onion medium chopped
Prepare 2 tomatoes chopped

Take 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Make ready 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and amchur dry mango powder
Take 1/2 tbs red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tbs garam masala powder
Prepare 1 tbls coriander powder
Get 4 tbls oil

Steps to make Aloo Gobhi Recipe(potatoes and cauliflower):
Heat 2tbs of oil in a pan on medium flame. Add cauliflower florets and fry for 3mins then add potatoes
Fry for 7,8 mins until light brown. Put it in a plate and set aside.
In the same pan add 2 tbls of oil then add cumin seeds and saute for 30 sec.
Add the onions and cook for 2 mins till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste, cook fir 2mins.Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins until soft.
Add turmeric powder and red chilli and coriander powder. Add amchur(mango powder)
Cover the lan and let it cook for 2 mins then add potatoes and cauliflower in it. Mix well.
Add coriander leaves and garam masala then cook on medium flame for 5,6mins.add salt
Cook for another 6 minutes until potatoes and cauliflower are tender but not soggy. You may add some water if masala is sticky
Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with roti or chapati.
Instructions. Adjust spices level to taste. You can add kasuri methi in it.
