Shrimp stir-fry is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. Shrimp stir-fry is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook shrimp stir-fry using 11 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Shrimp stir-fry:
  1. Prepare 4 carrots thinly sliced
  2. Prepare 1 bell pepper cut in strips & halfed
  3. Make ready 1 C green onion (both green & white parts) cut to 2" strips
  4. Take 1-1/2 C green beans cut in half
  5. Make ready 1/4 C minced garlic
  6. Take 9 shrimp per person: marinated with (while prepping veggies) 1/2 t sesame oil, sezchuan sauce drizzle to taste, & 1T soy sauce (drain extra sauce)
  7. Prepare Cooked rice
  8. Get Canola or peanut oil to coat bottom of cast iron skillet
  9. Get to taste salt
  10. Get to taste black pepper
  11. Prepare 1 T honey
Steps to make Shrimp stir-fry:
  1. Heat oil in large cast iron and wait until it shimmers, then add green beans & bell pepper: cook for 3 minutes
  2. Add carrots & salt & pepper to taste: cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add garlic: cook for one minute
  4. Add shrimp cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add green onion, 1/2 T sesame oil, 1/4 C soy sauce, honey: cook for one minute
  6. Remove all from heat & let sauce thicken up, serve with rice
