For rice: Soak rice for 20 min minimum and then wash nicely so that all starch will come out.
Cook it in rice cooker,normal pressure cooker or open Wessel as per your choice.

For Dal : sak dal.for 30.min and wash nicely
After 30 min put it in a pressure cooker with 1 1/2 cup of water and cook till 4 whistle.

Mix nicely. Add Amchoor/dry mango powder if you want a lil tangy taste as we have not added tomatoes.
