Take lassi in a deep bowl add besan, salt, curry leaves and turmeric powder and required water
Boil this when the bubbles come up now lower the flame and let it boil 20-25 minutes.
Take a wok heat oil add jeera, onion, potatoes and ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
When onion become little brown add tomato and all spices and mix it well.
Cook for 10,12 minutes.
Now add vegetables gravy into the boiled kadi and mix it well.
Now kadi is ready to serve.
Take a pressure cooker add oil and jeera.
Now add rice and add water and salt mix it well.
Cover the lid tightly and cook for 2,3 whistels.
Now kadi, chawal is ready to serve.
