  2. Lay down the prosciutto & divide the cheese evenly between the 2 & put in the center & fold over & stuff into each pork chop & seal the end with several toothpicks
  3. Add olive oil & 1 tablespoon of butter tofrying pan on medium high heat & salt & pepper both sides of the pork chops & brown & sear on all sides.
  4. Put pan with pork chops in 400° preheated oven & finish cooking for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove pork chops from pan & plate. Put wine & remaining butter in pan on medium high heat & add chopped up onion & mushrooms with salt & pepper & cook & pour over pork chops.
