For gobhi 65 mixture take all-purpose flour and corn flour with all mentioned ingredients and spices together with flours gently.add some water and mix well to make thick mixture but little flowing so it could coat on florets
Let's start coating the florets and deep fry them.fry 6 to 7 florets in once.deep fry at medium flame until looks golden.add all fried florets to gravy and mix gently.no need to cook
