  1. Make ready 1 cup + 1/2 cup grated cabbage + cabbage
  2. Make ready 1 cup grated cauliflower
  3. Prepare 100 gm paneer or tofu
  4. Get 1 onion cut in thin pieces
  5. Take 1 carrot chopped (thin pieces)
  6. Get 1 capsicum cut in thin pieces
  7. Make ready 8-10 garlic pods
  8. Prepare 2 green chillies finely chopped
  9. Take 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp corn flour
  10. Get 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  11. Get 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto (optional)
  12. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper
  13. Take 1 tbsp soya sauce
  14. Take 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  15. Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Oil free Paneer Manchurian:
  1. Assemble all ingredients. Grate cabbage & cauliflower.
  2. Squeeze it's juice. Keep it aside. Add corn flour, bread crumb, 1 tbsp soya sauce, Ajinomoto, black pepper, half of garlic (crushed) and salt.
  3. Mix all properly. Make lemon size balls.
  4. Heat appa pan. Keep balls in each pit. Cook it on slow flame.
  5. Flip them and cook all sides until golden brown.
  6. Now cut rest of veggies.
  7. Add soya sauce, 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp corn flour in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  8. Heat Kadhai. Add onion & crushed garlic. Saute until translucent.
  9. Add all veggies and paneer pieces. Saute all.
  10. Add salt, black pepper, tomato sauce and soya sauce slurry. Bring it a boil.(if required add 1/2 cup water)
  11. Add Manchurian balls. Bring it a boil.
  12. Oil free Paneer Manchurian is ready to serve.
  13. Serve with chapati or nann.
