Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli Sauce
Take 2 tbsp Corn flour
Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
Prepare 1 cup finely chopped beans
Take 1 cup finely chopped Carrot
Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
Make ready 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Get 1 tbsp corn starch slurry
Steps to make Mixed Vegetables dry Manchurian:
Heat oil in a pan. Chopped veggies and saute
It for couple of mins Remove it to a bowl and cool it down.
Add in flour salt,chilli flakes and mix it well
Shape it in to balls Now heat oil for deep frying.
Drop the balls in and fry till golden brown
Drain onto some paper towel and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan add in spring onion white part ginger garlic and chilled saute for 2 to 3 times.
Add in all the sauces,salt,super,chilli flakes and mix well.
Now add in the fried balls and toss well in the sauce.
Now add in spring onion green and mix well.
Takek your mixed veggies as suggested cauliflower,bell peppers,
Cabbage beans,Carrot or your preferred choice and chop them very finely or you can grate them
Heat little oil in a pan and add in the veggies and give a quick toss.
Saute till raw smell leaves from the mix remove to a bowl add in little salt,red chilli flakes
Add in flour and mix well.
Take heat oil and spring onion,white onion, ginger garlic
And chillies saute for a min.
Then add in ketchup,soya sauce,
Red chilli sauce,green chllii sauce,Vinegar
Add mix well add in little salt
Dont add too much because the sauce
Has salt in them add in chilli flakes
Add in a little bit of sugar and mix well till it thickens.
Add in balls toss well add in spring onion green add coriander leaves add cornstarch slurry and mix well
Mix well and then starter serve. Serve hot.l
