Instructions to make Manchurian:
Manchurian balls ke liye sabji vegetables ko ek bowl mein mix karein. Fir usme conflour mix karein. Balls Bana let garam oil mein deep fry karein.
Gravy bnane ke liye thorde se oil mein ginger garlic paste fry karein. Fir usme onion, capsicum mix karein. Thordi der saute karein.
Ab isme salt and ajinomot mix karein. Ab isme red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, sirka and soya sauce add karein.
Ab isme Pani add karein and achhe se boil karein. Fir isme Manchurian balls add karein. Thorda as boil karein.
Ab cornflour ko pani mein mix karein. Fir gravy mein add karo. Manchurian ready hai.
Garam garam serve karo
