  1. Prepare For manchurian balls-
  2. Make ready 1 cup Cauliflower
  3. Take 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  4. Take 1/2 cup Carrot, finely chopped
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
  6. Get 1/4 cup Green chillies, chopped
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp Corn starch
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup Maida

  11. Prepare 2 tsp Soy sauce
  12. Get 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  13. Take 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Ajinomotto
  15. Take As required Oil for frying
  16. Prepare For gravy-
  17. Get 1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  19. Take 1-2 Green chillies
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  21. Take 1/2 cup Spring onions
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  23. Prepare 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  24. Get to taste Salt
  25. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  26. Take 2 tbsp Oil
  27. Get 1 tbsp Vinegar, optional
Instructions to make Fried Rice With Manchurian:
  1. For balls - mix all the veggies and squeeze out all the excess water from the veggies after chopping them. Otherwise too much of water will make it difficult to make the balls.
  2. After draining the water, now add ginger garlic paste, salt, soy sauce,tomato sauce, chilli sauce.(donot add too much salt bcoz sauces also having the salt in it).
  3. Now add maida and cornstarch in it. Mix it well.
  4. If mixture looks wet you can also add some more maida or cornstarch to absorb the excess water.
  5. Now make the smalls balls from the mixture and fry them on medium flame till gloden brown.
  6. For gravy - heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute them.
  7. Now add onions and spring onions and fry them. Till golden brown.
  8. Then add water 2-3 glass of water and boil it.
  9. Now add Cornstarch water (2-3spoon of cornstarch + 1/2cup water mix together). It will give thickness to gravy.
  10. Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper in it. Give them a boil.
  11. Now add the balls and cook for 3-4 mins.
  12. Garnish them with corinader leaves. And serve with fried rice or serve as it.
