Prepare 2 onions, finely chopped
Take 1-2 tbsp chopped ginger
Make ready 3 tbsp chopped garlic
Prepare 2 capsicum, chopped finely
Get 2 tsp red chilli sauce
Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
Make ready 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Make ready For Sauce:
Make ready 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
Prepare 1-2 tbsp corn flour
Get 1/2 tsp white pepper
Make ready to taste Salt
Steps to make Veg Manchurian♥️:
Squeeze out the water from shredded vegetables.mix all the ingredients for balls to these squeezed out vegetables. Check seasoning and make equal size balls of the entire material. Fry the Manchurian balls in hot oil on medium heat. Remove and re fry all the balls in hot oil. They will not loose shape after re frying. Keep them aside.
For gravy–Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add garlic and ginger. Saute till raw smell goes. Add to these onions and fry them till they turn soft. Add capsicum. Mix all the sauces and 1 1/2 cup water in a bowl and mix it. Add this to wok and stir well. Bring it to a boil. Add salt, pepper, and ajino Moto. Now add 1 -2 tbsp cornflour mixed in water to it. At last add vinegar. Put fried balls of Manchurian to the gravy bring it to a boil. Add finely chopped coriander and serve hot.
