Get 1 packet chipolatas sausages
Take 1 small jar pitted Black Olives
Make ready 300 grams Plain Flour

Sieve the Flour into a bowl, add the Butter and Salt, and using your hands, mix it by rubbing the flour into the butter until it resembles thick breadcrumbs. Add the Grated Cheese and mix in.
Add a little water at a time, kneading it in each time, until it becomes a soft and pliable dough.
Turn it out onto a floured board and roll out to a thin sheet. Cut strips the width of the sausages. After pricking the sausages with a fork, roll up the pastry around the sausage, leaving the join underneath. Squish the ends down to a rounded shape. Cut into half.
Drain the Olives. Cut in half lengthwise and add to the rounded ends of the “ finger” like a fingernail.
Beat the egg in a cup and brush over the “ fingers”. Cook in a medium hot oven for about 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven, until golden brown. Cool and eat!!
