  1. Make ready 100 gm Grated Cabbage
  2. Get 100 gm Grated Cauliflower
  3. Get 2 chopped green chillies
  4. Make ready 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Chopped spring onions leaves
  6. Make ready 1 tsp bhuna jeera(roasted cumin) powder
  7. Take 1 tsp Kasturi methi
  8. Make ready 4 tsp Cornflour
  9. Take To taste Salt
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  11. Take 1 tsp Soya sauce
  12. Prepare As needed Oil for deep frying
Steps to make Gobi Cabbage Manchurian:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except tomato/soya sauce, garnish and oil with water little dry batter.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry.
  3. In a separate kadai, Heat oil,add both sauces along with little water,add fried balls and saute.
  4. Make half a cup batter with 1tbs cornflour and add, saute. check for salt. Garnish with chopped gn coriander and spring onions.
