The ingredients needed to make Green lentil fingers:
  1. Prepare 1/2 kg very fine bulgur
  2. Take 250 Green lentils/ or more
  3. Take 1 onion/ chopped
  4. Take 250 gram butter
  5. Prepare 250 gram chopped beef
  6. Get to taste Black pepper, red pepper and salt
  7. Take 3 tbs vegetable oil
Instructions to make Green lentil fingers:
  1. Heat oil then cook the beef until change its color. After that add some salt and cover and continue to cook until there is no more meat juice left over.ready fine bulgur aside.
  2. Add 1 liter water into meat, chopped onion, soaked lentils and keep them boil. Until lentils cooked.(I add butter in this step, you will add later)
  3. Put bulgur into a tray, then add lentil mix over it. Make sure bulgur wet enough, if you think it's not keep some boiled water around you.
  4. Add salt and pepper, maybe some cumin
  5. Mix with a spoon then cover with a large lid.
  6. Melt the butter until gets foamy and put over rested, soaked bulgur mix.. Give it a shape with your palm.
  7. Eat them still they are warm.
