The ingredients needed to make Masa (waina):
  1. Prepare White rice (shinkafan tuwo)8cups
  2. Take 2 table spoon Yeast
  3. Prepare 1 cup Well Cooked rice
  4. Prepare pinch Salt
  5. Prepare Baking powder half teaspoon
  6. Take 1 cup Yoghurt
  7. Take Water 1cup,if the nika is watery add a little (to make it loose)
Steps to make Masa (waina):
  1. Wash the white rice and soak for an 4/5hours - Then cook normal rice separately - Then after that wash the soaked rice and drained the water,,,,,cut onions and add to it,then add the cooked rice again,put the yeast and baking powder also and grinded it, - mix it well - Add 1cup of yoghurt - And finally allow it to rise - When it rises and it double its mixture - Add the sugar and salt depending how you want the taste to be
  2. Fry it using the masa frying pan,you can use it for sinasir too
  3. Serve with miyan taushi 😋
