  4. Serve healthy grape yogurt or store in a glass bowl for carrying as tiffin. There is no addition of any sweeteners as it's a healthy recipe and fruits add to sweetness so Please don't add sugar or honey. You can add other fruits to your choice and can sprinkle Chia seed on top.
