  3. Add onion saute it.
  4. Add green chilli.stir it.
  5. Add quinoa & sama rice saute it.lid it 2 miniutes.add 1/2 cup water.
  6. Open it stir it,add bell papers,peanuts.
  7. Fry it 1 miniute
  8. Now add salt,chilli flakes,mix it well.remove it from the flame.
  9. Add capsico sauce,lime juice.
  10. Mix it well.
  11. Now it is ready,serve it in a bowl.
