  5. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze at least for 2 hours.
  6. Take it out and give a good churning in the mixer.
  7. Again set it back in the freezer.
  8. Repeat the process once more after an hour.
  9. Now let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours or overnight.
  10. Prior to serving, let ice cream sit at room temp for a minute to soften enough for easy scooping.
  11. Garnish the icecream scoops with any thing like chocolate syrup, sweet wafers, Choco cookies as per the choice.
