  34. Prepare 1 tsp Chicken powder
  35. Get 1/2 tsp Thyme
  36. Prepare 1/2 tsp Oregano

  38. Take 1 Capsicum(chopped)
  39. Get 1 cup Cabbage(chopped)
  40. Get 1 small size Onion(chopped)
  41. Get 1 small size Tomato(chopped)
  42. Get 1/2 cup peas (boiled)

  49. Get 4 garlic cloves crushed

  54. Prepare 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  55. Prepare 4 tbsp ketchup
  56. Prepare 1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  57. Take 1 tbsp Vinegar
Steps to make Singaporean Rice😍:
  1. Chicken marination: Take a bowl add chicken, chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, green chilli powder and tandori masala mix it and rest for 1 hour.
  2. Chicken: take a pan add oil and garlic then add marinated chicken cover it and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. After that our chicken is ready.
  3. Rice: on other side take a pan add water bring it to boil then add soaked rice and salt cook on high flame for 3 minutes then add boiled peas and cumin seeds and cook until rice is done. Then stain it.
  4. Now add chilli sauce, vinegar and oil cover it and put on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. After that rice is ready.
  5. Spaghetti boil: take a pan add water bring it to boil then add spaghetti, oil and salt cook on high flame for 10 to 15 minutes then strain it.
  6. Spaghetti sauce: take a bowl add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, chicken powder, salt, oregano and Thyme and mix it well. Sauce is ready. Cut all vegetables in Julian form.
  7. Make vegetables Spaghetti: take a wok add oil heat it then add vegetables and spaghetti sauce and mix it well and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  8. Add boiled peas mix it then Add boiled spaghetti mix it well and cook for 2 minutes. After that our vegetables Spaghetti is ready.
  9. Mayo sauce: take a bowl and add mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and chilli garlic sauce and mix it well. Our sauce is ready
  10. Tarka: take a pan and add oil and haet it then add garlic green chilli and tomato and fry it until it become golden brown. Tarka is ready.
  11. Assembling: take your serving dish first put rice then vegetables spaghetti and then put chicken.
  12. Now add tarka on top and then drizzle mayo sauce.
  13. Serving: our delicious Singaporean rice plater is ready serve and enjoy the taste😋😍
