  12. Take Stir Fry Vegetables+Noodles:

  14. Get 1 tbsp Oil
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger Julienne cut
  16. Make ready 1/2 cup Capsicum
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup Spring onion white chopped
  18. Prepare 1/4 cup Spring onion green chopped
  19. Prepare 1 cup Cabbage Julienne cut
  20. Take 1/2 cup Carrots Julienne cut
  21. Get to taste Salt
  22. Prepare to taste Black pepper
  23. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  24. Prepare 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
  25. Make ready 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  26. Prepare Mayo Sauce:
  27. Get 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  28. Make ready 1/3 cup Ketchup
  29. Take 1 tsp Hot sauce or chilli sauce
  30. Make ready 1 pinch Salt
  31. Prepare 1 pinch Black pepper
  32. Prepare Rice:
  33. Get 1/2 kg Rice
  34. Get 1 tsp Salt
  35. Make ready 1 tsp Oil
Steps to make Singaporean Rice! 🍚🍝:
  1. To make chicken gravy, heat oil and add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry until chicken changes color.
  2. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, red chili, black pepper and mix well. Add hot sauce, ketchup and little water and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Dish out.
  3. In the same pan, add oil and all vegetables except green onion’s green. Add soya sauce, salt, black pepper, red chili and stir fry for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add boiled egg noodles and toss. Add sesame oil and green onions’ green. Toss well and dish out in a bowl and set aside.
  5. Mix all Mayo sauce ingredient and pour in a sauce bottle. Set aside.
  6. 2 cups of rice with 1 tsp of salt and set aside.
  7. Fry garlic slices and green chili slices and set side.
  8. For Assembling: - - In a serving dish, spread a layer of rice on the dish. Add second layer of stir fried vegetables with noodles, than third layer of chicken gravy. Add mayo sauce and fried garlic and green chilies as top layer.
