  1. Make ready 1 Cup Green Moong
  2. Prepare 1 tsp Oil
  3. Take To taste Salt
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  6. Get 1/4 tsp Coriander Jeera(cumin) powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  8. Get 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  9. Prepare 1 Dry Red Chilli
  10. Take As needed Water
Instructions to make Healthy Moong Breakfast:
  1. Soak Mung overnight
  2. Take oil in a cooker and add mustard seeds,once it splutter add asafotidia and dry red chilli, add mung and add all the mentioned spices and add very less water(Approx half glass)
  3. After 1 whistle off the stove and once it realeses the steam open it adf lemon juice and serve hot.
  4. NOTE- If more water is added mung will get messy. Also sprout mung can be used. Can be served with any munch if required. It tastes very good also without spices. Just add salt to it. Also one can add chopped Tomatoes and onions if liked.In whichever form it gives very good taste.
