  21. Make ready 2 tsp (as per your taste) Tomato sauce -
  22. Make ready 1 tsp Cornstarch
  23. Take 2 tsp Oil
  24. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sugar - (optional)
  25. Prepare 1 cup Veg.stock -
  26. Make ready 1 cup Water -

Roast it from all sides till golden color at medium heat. In parallel prepare the sauce for Manchurian. In a bowl, add all sauces as listed in ingredients (soy Heat oil in frying pan at medium to high heat. Add ginger- garlic into it, saute it till.

  8. Heat wok, add 1 tsp oil & ginger - garlic paste stir and saute for a minute on a low flame.
  9. Add 1/4 cup chopped spring onions or onions & green chillies stir and saute till the onions soften.
  10. Now add the vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and green chilli sauce (if u Want more spicy). Stir very well. keep the flame on the lower side and sprinkle cornstarch. adding corn starch, veg.stock & water.now add salt and black pepper as required. stir again.
  11. Gravy will begin to thicken,add the fried veg balls. stir so that the sauce coats the veg balls evenly. switch off the flame and add 1/2 tsp sugar, toss and stir again.
  12. Serve veg manchuria hot .enjoy!
