  1. Boil the potatoes, peel it and mashed it.
  2. In pan add 1 tsp oil..add curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies paste, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, salt, oregano, lemon juice, salt mix it well.
  3. Add above masala in Mashed potato, add coriander leaves, chat masala, mix it well.
  4. In a bread slices spread butter, add potatoes filling, after sliced cheese,..take 2nd slice of bread
  5. In a sandwich maker, cook it for 5-7 min…it's ready
  6. For chutney:- in a jar add green chillies, salt, lemon, coriander leaves..and some water.. grind it.chutney is also ready.
  7. Serve it.
