  13. Prepare For Tadka
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
  15. Get 1 tsp Mustard -Cummin Seeds
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp White Sesame seeds
  17. Get 1 pinch Asofoetida (Hing)
  18. Prepare 1 sprig Curry leaves
  19. Get 1 tbsp For Garnish chopped fresh Coriander leaves(kothmari)

  5. Place this plate in steamer Cooker.Cover with lid.Steam Beetroot Muthias (Rolls) for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool them before cutting into round slices
  7. Prepare Tadka..In small Tadka kadhai add oil heat it..add mustard and cumin seeds,add Sesame seeds asofoetida and curry leaves..Let them splutter.
  8. Pour this tadka on cut Slices of Beetroot Muthias.
  9. Reheat at time of serving in microwave for 30 secs. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve & relish hot iron rich beetroot muthias as savoury.
