  1. Wash,cut spinach and coriander leaves…grind in mixer to smooth paste adding green chillies and ginger piece.Remove in bowl.In same jar coarsely crushed green peas.. keep aside.keep ready all ingredients needed.
  2. In non stick pan add heat oil, splutter cummin seeds,add spinach - coriander paste,mix & saute for 1 min..add coarsely crushed green peas..mix and add water.a pinch of soda bi carb….cook on slow flame for 5 mins.or.till peas are tender.
  3. Add semolina and mix well…cook till thick mixture is formed.. leaves the sides of vessels.
  4. Cool the prepared mixture and make small flatten kebabs.
  5. Shallow fry in hot oil..serve hot harabhara kebabs with tomato sauce.
