Make ready 1 inch ginger

Take 1 tsp garam masala
Prepare 1 tsp sugar
Get 1/2 tsp lemon (juice)

Instructions to make Harabhara Tikki Burger:
First grind chopped spinach and coriander leaves, green chillies ginger and little salt in mixer grinder jar to smooth paste.
In nonstick kadhai heat oil add cummin seeds as they splutter add this grinded paste and saute for 2 mins.
Grind fresh green gram and green peas in mixer grinder coarsely.
Add this both coarse green gram and peas mixture to saute paste. Add soda bi carb..mix well. Add glass of water.Cover and cook on low flame..till tender/ raw taste leave.
Add semolina,mix well add garam masala, sugar,salt, lemon juice and cook till mixture thickens. Cool completely.
Make 6 round shape pattices from this mixture. Deep or shallow fry in hot oil..till crispy golden brown.
To assemble/ make Harabhara Tikki Burger.. Slit burger bread into half. Apply butter on each half. Roast slightly.On lower part of bread slice.. spread green chutney. On it place one cheese slice..on it arrange cucumber slices. On it place one harabhara tikki/ Pattice..as shown.
On it arrange tomato and onion slices. On other bread slice(upper part) apply 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp mayonnaise..as shown.
Cover and warm again for few minutes on non stick tawa.
