  3. Take another bowl. Add mashed potatoes, red chilli, salt, corn flour. Mix properly and make dough.
  4. Making potato rolls: Grease your palm with oil. Place some potato dough and stuff paneer cube. Make roll. Repeat process to make all potato rolls.
  5. Now dip spinach (palak) leaf in besan batter & place the potato roll in spinach. Roll it.
  6. Heat oil to fry these rolls. Deep fry rolls until its color changes to golden brown.
