  5. Take chilli, salt, turmeric, curd, sugar and schezwan chutney in a bowl. Mix it nicely.
  6. In a pan take oil. Add mustard seeds. Once splutters dip Khaman on all sides in marinate and roast it in Kadai. Roast on all sides.
