  1. Method for Khatte Aloo…..In a wok pour oil, cumin Red chillie Flakes,tarmarind water
  2. Mix 1tbsp Cornflour in half cup water and pour in the wok
  3. Boil potatoes peel them and cut into pieces and put them in the wok and cook for 7 mins
  4. Garnish with chopped green Chillie and Coriander leaves
  5. Serve with Naan
  6. Method for Hari Mirch Qeema - Preparing time 30 mins……..In a woh take 1 cup Oil and put sliced onions and make them brown
  7. Put Qeema in it and fry it
  8. Then add ginger garlic paste,Red Chillie powder,Turmeric Powder, salt and tomatoes. Mix them
  9. Then add water above the level of the ingridients and cook on slow flame for 30 mins till Qeema gets done
  10. Garnish with chopped Green Chilliesser
  11. Serve with Naan.
