  1. Get 2 can Favorite Spaghetti Sauce

  4. Prepare 1 box Penne Pasta
  5. Get 1 medium Cottage Cheese
  6. Get 1 medium Ricotta Cheese
  7. Prepare 1 each Egg
  8. Prepare 1/4 medium Yellow Onion
  9. Take 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  10. Take 3 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  11. Prepare 1 envelope Pepperoni Slices
  12. Get 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  14. Get 1 Salt
  15. Get 1 Pepper
  16. Make ready 1 Pizza Seasoning
  17. Get 1 cup 3 Cheese Blend
  18. Take 1 dash Olive Oil
Steps to make Delicious Pasta Layer Bake:
  1. Sautée your onions with a little olive oil.
  2. Add your Hamburger meat and Italian Sausage. Add the Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Pizza Seasoning to the meat mixture. Brown and Strain. DO NOT RINSE.
  3. Boil your Penne Pasta and add a dash of garlic salt.
  4. Quarter your Pepperoni Slices into bite size pieces. Leave and handful or so to cover the top of the dish.
  5. Mix your Ricotta Cheese, Egg, Cottage Cheese, Salt, Pepper, and 1/2 of the 3 Cheese blend in a bowl and set aside.
  6. Take your meat mixture, your 2 Jars of Favorite Spaghetti Sauce, and pepperoni Slices and combine them in a large bowl.
  7. Preheat Oven to 425.
  8. Lightly spray a very large glass Or ceramic casserole dish with Pam or similar.
  9. Combine your cooked and strained noodles to the Ricotta and Cottage Cheese mixture.
  10. Add a layer of the Meat and Sauce mixture to the bottom of the pan. Use a total of 1/3 of the mixture.
  11. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the Meat Mixture.
  12. Strain your noodles and stir them into your Ricotta and Cottage Cheese mixture.
  13. Add 1/2 of the Noodle and Cheese mixture on top of the first sauce and mozzarella cheese layer.
  14. Add half of your remaining Meat and Sauce mixture on top of the noodles.
  15. Pour the rest of the Noodle and Cheese mixture on top of previous layers.. Be cautious not to over flow the dish, keeping in mind that you still have a layer of Meat Sauce and Cheese to add.
  16. Take your remaining pepperoni and layer them across the top of your Noodle and Cheese mixture.
  17. Use your remaining Meat and Sauce mix to cover up the entire top of the dish. You should have 3 meat layers and 2 Noodle layers.
  18. Last but not least! CHEESE! Top the entire dish with your remaining parmesan cheese, 3 Cheese blend, and mozzarella cheese.
  19. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  20. After 30 minutes of baking uncover and bake for an addition 15 - 20 minutes Or until the cheese is browned.
  21. Serve with a cold Landshark beer and Garlic bread. (if you don't drink lager, a nice red wine will compliment as well ;) ) ENJOY!
