- Make sure you wash the goat head properly
- Put them in an empty neat pot,add 1 teaspoon of salt, seasoning,cut1 bulb of onions
- Put pot on fire and allow it to boil until the meat it's soft.
- Then make your ngorr. My own ngor I used ashes and water, sieve the water, you will see the turn out and add pepper and the utazi.
- Allow it to cook for 10mins. It's ready to serve.

S - If you want to make Isiewu, just replace the cow leg with goat head.
