  1. Make ready 2 cups milk
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup each of almond,pistachio,saunf,and cashew
  3. Take 1/2 cup rose petals
  4. Take 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Prepare 1 table spoon dry fruits for garnishing
Instructions to make Summer special Thandai:
  1. Take dry fruits and rose petals.
  2. Put in a grinder,add sugar.
  3. Grind to a fine powder.
  4. Sieve the powder and reserve coarse part which may be used in other recipes like pua,pancakes etc.
  5. Keep thandai powder in a jar and can be use upto 2months.
  6. Now take3table spoon powder in 1/2cup of milk and soak for 10minutes.
  7. Now we'll make 3servings,so add 1.5 cup milk to the blender and add soaked thandai powder,blend well.
  8. Pour in serving glasses.serve chilled.
