  1. cut the iceberg, cucumbers, tomatoes
  2. cut the halloumi into 1 inch pieces
  3. in a pan, drizzle olive oil
  4. place the halloumi in the pan
  5. throw in the sea salt
  6. add the sesami seeds over the halloumi
  7. remove halloumi when they turn golden
  8. for the dressing, pour in olive oil, lemons, mustard, pinch of salt, pepper
  9. mix well
  10. pour the dressing over the salad
