Preheat the pan in medium heat
Add "Red onion diced" and sauté until half cook than add "Garlic minced" sauté until light brown
Add "Green chilli" and "Cherry tomato" and sauté
Add "Pancetta Diced" sauté until half cook than add "Nduja salami" and sauté.
Add "Passata Sauce" and add a little bit of Pasta water. Mix well and let it simmer For a few minutes until the flavours is combined.
Season it with "cracked black pepper" and "salt" to your liking.
Add "Penne Pasta". Mix and let the pasta absord the sauce.
Turn off fire and add the "Basil leaves". Toss or mix the the pasta Than plate.
