  3. After the 20 min, take the dough and expand it on the mold. Cook the dough in the oven for 15 min at 200°. While the dough it's on the oven, finish the filled, add the feta cheese, the egg and the milk and stir everything. After the 15 min remove the dough from the oven and add al the filled.
  4. Cook for 20 min all the quiche on the oven at 200°. Enjoy it!

Serve warm or at room temperature. To reheat, cover quiche with aluminum foil. Flaky, buttery crust nestles a rich, creamy egg custard.
