  1. Boil the 3/4 of milk upto thickened at low flame of gas stove.
  2. Add one cup of mango puree to this milk.
  3. Then start to make sugar syrup, take a utensil, put half cup of water with half cup of sugar, at medium flame boil it upto one thread.
  4. Now take a pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame put oil and heat them.
  5. Now cut the fresh bread slice into triangle shape.
  6. And fried it until brown at both sides.
  7. In thickened milk add half cup of sugar and one table spoon of Elachi powder, mix well.
  8. Rabdi is ready. Now spread this rabdi over plate. Now this fried bread dip into sugar syrup.
  9. Then arrange it one over another and spread more mango rabdi over this fried bread. Finally, garnish with chopped pista and serve it.
