  4. Next, add in all the other ingredients. Give it a thorough mix and place it on a low heat.
  5. Cook this on low heat(I can't stress this enough) for about 30 - 40 minutes, stirring frequently and standing close by as jam burns really fast.
  6. After about 40 minutes, all the water should have evaporated and the mixture should have gained a jam like texture, if not, cook longer until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Let cool completely and store in airtight containers. Enjoy!
