2. Cook the meat and set aside
3. Fry tomatoes, pepper and onion with spices
4. Pour the meat inside the tomato sauce and cook for 2 mins
5. Pour the macaroni and spaghetti inside the meat sauce, stir and cook till its done. Taste for salt
6. Pour the carrot and green beans and put off the fire. Enjoy
