  1. Get 1 large head Cauliflower
  2. Take 8 strips bacon

  6. Take 2 cup colby jack shredded cheese or cheddar

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F after bacon is cooked then to 425°F.
  2. Cook bacon in oven for 20 min.
  3. In large pot boil water and cook cauliflower for 8-10 min., drain and let cool.
  4. In LG bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 crumbled bacon, 3 Tbs chives, 1 cup of cheese and cauliflower. Mix well.
  5. Place in baking dish.
  6. Cover with remaining cheese and rest of crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 min.
  8. Top with remaining chives and serve.
