Prepare oil no oil in this recipe or you can have half table spoon of oil
Steps to make Healthy Lauki (Bottle Gourd):
Wash all vegetables first.
Chopped chillies, ginger and tomato, Cut lauki in pieces.
Keep pan on Stove, let it warm and put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric and saute or roast once. Or with oil, put oil and fry these.
Now put green chillies with ginger and saute.
Now put lauki, continuously upside down it for some time and after some time close the lid of pan and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Later put pieces of tomato, turn all vegetables upside down for some time, check salt if require put little salt, and then close the lid, simmer the gas and keep it for more 10 minutes.
Open the lid once and give a stir, and again close the lid, let it cook till it is done.
At the end switch off the gas, and sprinkle little lemon juice it's completely optional, you can also pour little bit curd water instead of lemon juice and stir, it is also completely optional.
The Healthy Lauki is ready to eat with anything, you can also eat it as salad with little sprinkle of lemon juice. If you want you can take out little water after final step before it gets cooks completely as soup, you can have this yummy soup with lemon juice.
