Blend the masala
Steam all the vegetables.
Heat oil in kadai. Add fennel seeds and dry red chilli. Let it crackle. Add ginger and green chilly paste. Saute for a few minutes. Then add chopped capsicum tomato and salt. Saute until tomatoes are soft.
Add masala powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for a two minutes. Then add steam boil vegetables. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Then add water or milk.Mix well. Cook until you get desire consistency. Turn off the flame. Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl
