  21. Take 1 Capsicum (sliced)
  22. Prepare 2 Spring Onions (sliced)
  23. Prepare 2 Onion (cubed)
  24. Take 1 Carrot (cubed & boiled)
  25. Get 1 tsp Salt
  26. Make ready 2 cup Spaghetti (boiled)
  27. Get Ingredients for Mayo Sauce:
  28. Make ready 1/2 cup Mayonnaises
  29. Make ready 4 tbsp Ketchup
  30. Take 4 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  31. Take 2 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. Method for Chicken Curry: Heat oil adds crushed garlic with chill chicken and all the seasonings with half cup water.
  2. Cover and cook till chickens is done and thick sauce left, stir fry all the vegetables in 2 tbsp oil for 2 minutes. Fry crushed garlic till golden fry green chilies, keep aside.
  3. To Assemble: Put rice in a platter, topped with chicken mixture, spaghetti, fried vegetable mixture, topped with mayo sauce, fried garlic and green chilies.
