Take 1/2 kg Chicken (Boneless)

Make ready 1/2 cup Capsicum(cut)
Get 1 cup Cabbage (cut)
Prepare 1/2 cup Carrot
Prepare Cut all vegies in juveline
Prepare 1/2 cup spring onion (chopped)
Take 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
Make ready Salt
Prepare 1/4 Tsp Black pepper
Take 1 Tbs Soya sauce
Get 1 Tsp Oil
Get Mayo Sauce:
Get 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Get 1/3 cup Ketchup
Make ready 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
Take 1 pinch Salt
Prepare 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions to make Singaporean Rice:
To make chicken gravy heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, chicken and fry till chicken gets tender.
Mix Vinegar,Soya sauce,salt, red chilli powder and black pepper. Add chilli sauce, ketchup and little water.Cook for 4-5 mins almost. Till chicken gravy is ready.
In a pan add oil and all juveline cut vegies except green onion.Add soya sauce, red chilli powder,black pepper, salt and saute them for few minutes.
Add boiled egg noodles in saute vegeies and toss.Add green onion and set aside.
Mix all mayo sauce ingredients and pour it in a sauce bottle.
Assembling:
In a serving dish, spread layer of rice, top it with stir fried vegies mixed with egg noodles then add some chicken gravy.
Add mayo sauce on top and serve hot.
