Take 100 gm red beans
Prepare 100 gm black chicks pea

Instructions to make Healthy diet salad:
White beans and red beans soak in water for 5-6 hours seprately.
White and black chick peas soaked in water for overnight.
Cut all vegetables in square cut or your choice and take aside seprately.
Rinse chicks pea and boil it.
Boil the beans aswell after rinsing them.
Add water in wok and heat then add macaroni and mix in water and boil it
Now add all ingredients in large bowl and mix well altogather, add lemon juice, black pepper and olvie oil and mix well.
Some times I like to add olives mushrooms and jalapeno, it's optional.
Healthy salad is served.
