Take 2 packages Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces

Take 1 head Cabbage / cleaned and shredded

Get 1 each Tofu / thin sliced
Take 150 grams Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut

Prepare 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Take 3 tbsp Soya sauce
Prepare 1 tsp Salt
Take 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Make ready 2 bunch Spring onion / chopped
Prepare eggs mixture
Get 3 Eggs / large size
Get 1 tbsp Mix black and white sesame
Prepare 1 tsp Corn starch
Take 1 tsp Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing
Steps to make Kanya 's Spring Rolls:
Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water
In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool
Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well
Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish
On deep fry 180°F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :)
