Heat a cooker and add 1 cup water
All veggies wash, peel and cut
Add potato, matar, carrot, beetroot and Cauliflower in cooker
Add ½ tsp Salt
Close the lead & wait for 2 whistle on medium flame

Mash the veggie
Heat a pan and add oil & butter
Add jeera

Heat a tava
Add 1 tsp butter
Cut the pav in center
