  2. All veggies wash, peel and cut
  3. Add potato, matar, carrot, beetroot and Cauliflower in cooker
  4. Add ½ tsp Salt

  7. Open the cooker
  8. Mash the veggie
  9. Heat a pan and add oil & butter
  10. Add jeera
  11. Cut Onion, tomato,green chilli and capsicum finely chopped

  13. Add ginger garlic paste and chilli
  14. Fry 2 min
  15. Add Tomato and salt ½ tsp
  16. Cover & cook for 5 min on low flam

  20. Add lemon juice
  21. Cover and cook 2 min.

  24. Again cover & cook 3 min
  25. Add coriander leaves
  26. Heat a tava
  27. Add 1 tsp butter
  28. Cut the pav in center
  29. Roast the pav for 1 min on both side
