  1. Prepare 3 tbsp Butter
  2. Get 3 tbsp Oil
  3. Make ready 1/3cup (50gm) Powdered sugar
  4. Prepare 3/4 cup (240gm) Condensed Milk
  5. Get 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 cups(200gm) Maida all purpose flour
  7. Prepare 1 cup(240ml) Milk
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  9. Take 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  10. Prepare 1 bowl Salt for adding at cooker base
  11. Take I used measuring cups and spoons
Instructions to make Eggless Tuttifruity Vanilla Cake:
  1. A clean and dry pressure cooker must be filled with salt at the bottom upto 1 inch.Place cooker bottom plate and container stand on top of salt.Dont put the gasket on the cooker lid.Close the lid and heat the cooker on medium high flame for 10minutes.This is done to maintain temperature as in preheated oven.
  2. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.
  3. To prepare cake batter.In a wide bowl add butter and oil,mix them well.Add powdered sugar and mix well using a whisker.
  4. Add condensed milk and mix well.Take a cup around 240 ml milk and add 1 tsp vanilla essence to it.Now add this milk and seived maida mix which we kept aside little by little.Mix it slowly in one direction so that lumps are not formed.Do this process till all the milk and maida are completed.Be careful do not mix vigorously and keep mixing in same direction.
  5. Meanwhile grease the cake mould by applying little butter within the sides.Add tsp of maida and dust the flour throughout by shaking it.
  6. Pour the batter in this greased mould.Add tutti fruity to it.Take care that you fill batter only till half depth of the container.So that the cake will rise up nicely after it gets baked.Here I have used 8" inch size cake mould.
  7. Place the cake mould inside the preheated cooker very carefully as it will be very hot.Cook on medium low flame for around 40 to 45 minutes.
  8. After 45 min, to check if cake is done, take a knife and pierce it.If it comes out clean means the cake is baked.
  9. Allow the baked cake to cool.After it cools you can remove it from the mould.Here I have used brown colour vanilla essence so the colour of cake is brown.
  10. Cut the cake to slices.See how soft and spongy it has come.Enjoy the Spongy mouth watering Eggless Cake at home with your family.😋
