First of all dry roast 3 things together in a frying pan which i mention above saunf,sabut dhania,safaid zeera
Then crush it coarsely
Then in a bowl add yogurt and add all the masalas including ginger garlic paste mix it all together
Now in a pot add oil then add chicken cook it for 5 to 10 minutes until it changes it's colour
Then add 3 blended tomatoes in the chicken and cook it until oil comes out from the corners
Now add yogurt mixture which we made it before and cook in high flame until thick consistency
When oil comes out on top and your desire consistency came turn off the flame and dish out
Serve hot with chapaty or hot naans and enjoy delicious achaar gosht
